Out of date infrastructure and development practice can make it very difficult to experiment, not just because of access to technology, but by restricting the ability to understand client needs. 

Agile, cloud native, working practices are now well established with large numbers of successful implementations in market leading companies. Once embedded at a technical level, this agility can grow to transform the entire organization.

Successfully embedding Agile in an organization requires an agile approach. Changes need to be implemented in iterative steps, evaluating and responding to the impact of the previous iterations to guide the way forward.
